The Metro Group, Inc., a successful, established water treatment and building services company is seeking qualified candidates for a Business Development-Project Manager position. As part of our Leadership Development Program, this position will work closely with upper management and will have cross-departmental exposure and functionality in Operations, Sales, and Support. Responsibilities include:
· Project Management for select new offerings and special projects
· Optimization of workflow routing to meet SLA requirements
· Implementation of new operating systems
· Creation and presentation of reports detailing metrics tied to business plan goals
· Implementation of strategies for the expansion of existing customer relationships, opening new relationships, and managing the flow of sales opportunities from initial contact through to close with the Sales Team
· Monitoring and follow-up with business unit teams on activity metrics tied to business plan goals
· Spearheading and implementing new product and service offerings sales and direct marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
· Sales, sales management and CRM software experience
· Customer service and account management experience
· Business development experience
· High energy, self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial aspirations
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and CRM environments
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to responsiveness and customer/co-worker satisfaction
· Excellent professional references
