Role and Responsibilities
– Take ownership of the Field Service operation to meet customer Service Level Agreements and business unit Key Performance Indicator’s
– Train, mentor and develop team members
– Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to deliver client satisfaction
– Track business metrics and work with management to improve operational efficiency
– Engage in new business development activities to grow customer base and expand service offering
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Experience managing a team in a Service/Operations-related field
– Experience in Water Treatment/HVAC/Trades a plus, but not required
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, in good standing
– High energy, reliable, self-starter displaying a consistent work history
– Attention to detail and highly customer-focused
– Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment with a commitment to responsiveness and customer/co-worker satisfaction
– Mechanical aptitude
– Strong desire for long-term employment and industry training & development
– Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed
