WATER & HYGIENE
Full-Service Water Treatment Program’s with Metro Group are designed to protect and optimize valuable capital equipment while taking the burden off facility personnel. This maintenance includes water treatment, compliance, and cleaning services for cooling towers, boilers and closed loops. Full-Service programs eliminate chemical handling by facility personnel and reduce the amount of chemical required to be stored. Regularly scheduled service visits include water parameter testing with electronic reporting, program adjustment, chemical inventory control, and calibration and programming of feed & control equipment.
MECHANICAL & HVAC
We are your building mechanical experts servicing boilers & burners, A/C units, make-up units, split systems, cooling towers, heat pumps, exhaust fans, condensers, and more. INSTALLATION & CONSTRUCTION
From individual apartment HVAC replacements to new building plan and spec work, your dedicated Account Manager will work with you through the estimation phase to project completion. A Technical Project Manager will lead the mission from permitting to final testing and balancing.
