Chute Cleaning

Recommended to be done twice a year (before summer and after the winter holidays), our trash chute cleaning service includes a detailed cleaning of the chutes and compactors using steam and hot water. In addition, a bacteria eating enzyme is added to clean and sanitize each chute and hopper doors. Physical scraping and detailing of the hopper door on each floor, and the addition of a deodorizing fresh scent is also included. The service is completed with a dusting of insecticide to maintain cleanliness between services.
