Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Basic data entry and order processing
- Handling daily shipments (UPS/FedEx)
- Administrative sales support to Sales Personnel; includes creating/writing proposals, requesting Certificates of Insurance and similar tasks
- Answering and properly directing phone calls
- Faxing, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Special projects as needed

Collections Representative-South Hackensack, NJ

The selected individual will work closely with our Service, Sales and Finance departments to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to our internal and external customers. The Collection Representative will be responsible for collection of past due invoice payments.
Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Contact customers about open invoices while identifying and resolving concerns to secure payment
- Research customer past payments
- Maintain customer database
- Answer incoming phone calls
- General file management

Quote Specialist-South Hackensack, NJ
The Metro Group, Inc. is seeking qualified Quote Specialist candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for work closely with our Burner Service team and technicians to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely quotes, as well as our account management team to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Review and interpret field reports for service, repair, and preventative maintenance quotes.
· Accurately and comprehensively understand customer requirements and translate those requirements into actionable steps
· Prepare cost estimates and proposals, including collecting pricing and parts availability from suppliers, accurately identifying labor requirements, job implementation and approach, safety requirements and proper PPE, etc.
· Provide pricing and quote work-ups documenting relevant pricing, approach, and job specific data in conjunction with sales team and mechanical team management
· Work with management to produce timely submittals
· Coordinate with the field operation team to relay information captured during the estimating phase or service calls as well as reviewing job approach and implementation
· Educate and provide technical support to our sales team and customers
· Provide general support to the service department by answering phones, emails, dispatching mechanics, etc based on volume and the needs of the department
· Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the function of the National Mechanical Division
Qualifications include:

The Metro Group, Inc. is currently looking for a Service Technician for our Charlotte, NC Water Treatment Division. The selected individual will provide service to a set customer base, through the testing and application of water treatment chemicals to various HVAC systems. Duties will involve driving a company owned vehicle to and from various customers’ buildings throughout the day as well as transporting testing materials and chemicals into customer’s accounts. Service Technicians are also responsible for customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests, pro-active problem solving and properly relaying messages to Metro’s Account Management Team.
