The successful candidate will work closely with our Burner Service team and technicians to ensure the delivery of highest level of satisfaction to our internal and external customers, as well as our account management team to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Provide general support to the service department answering phones, emails, dispatching mechanics etc. based on volume and the needs of the department.
