Visit an urgent care, go to a testing center/site, see your primary care physician (PCP). Provide documentation on stay-at-home instructions to your supervisor and HR as soon as possible. Follow those instructions. Do not come to work until you receive a negative COVID-19 test result or until your stay-at-home instructions are expired. Provide test results to your supervisor or HR.
I have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Do not come to work. Provide documentation on stay-at-home instructions and test results from your medical provider to your supervisor and HR. Follow those instructions. Do not come to work until your stay-at-home instructions are expired.
I have had close contact (within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes) with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in the last 14 days.
Call or visit an urgent care, go to a testing center/site, call or visit your primary care physician (PCP) to confirm whether you can come to work. You must continue to follow Metro’s PPE & distancing policies. If you receive instructions from a medical provider or other authority to quarantine as a result of your contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case, do NOT come to work. Provide documentation on stay-at-home instructions to your supervisor and HR.
