Annual Certification

By November 1st each year a certification must be filed with the NYC DOB to report that status of compliance on your cooling tower. Each of Metro’s cooling tower compliance customers receives this certification by email, and it is saved in your E-BINDER for inspection during a DOH audit. Finally, if you chose our “document uploading” option, we will automatically file your inspection with the DOB to avoid any fines.
