Maintenance Program and Plan

The first step in any cooling tower compliance program is to develop your Maintenance Program & Plan (MPP). This plan must be created by a qualified person, as defined in NYC LL77. This plan will direct any and all people working on your tower on exactly how to operate in compliance with the law. The Metro Group’s MPP has been tested and reviewed by the NYC Dept. of Health. We not only create your MPP, but we also complete each of the required tasks within the MPP. This eliminates the need for you to manage multiple vendors, and eliminate the possibility of various vendors blaming each other for non-compliance.
