Routine Mechanical Maintenance

An often overlooked, but crucial part of NYC’s cooling tower compliance law is the requirement for semi-annual routine mechanical maintenance. This requires that the mechanical components of your tower are properly cared for, per manufacturers specifications and in accordance with your MPP. As the author of all of our towers MPP’s we are uniquely positioned to complete this task successfully, and provide the proper documentation required by the City. Our HVAC Mechanical Team will proactively visit your tower twice per year and complete the required routine maintenance.
