Visual Observations

NYC Local Law 77 requires a weekly visual inspection of the major components of the cooling tower system. This inspection must be completed by a “responsible person” and appropriate actions must be taken to address any deficiencies found. The Metro Group offers this basic visual inspection as part of our weekly bacteria monitoring service at no additional charge. A weekly summary of the inspection, as well as any deficiencies is emailed to you, and saved in our exclusive E-BINDER.
