Ice Machine Sanitization

Metro Group is proud to offer Turn-key Ice Machine Cleaning services for all makes and models. Manufacturer’s recommend that Ice Machines be cleaned at least once, annually. In Healthcare and Hospitality settings, the frequency of cleanings should be at least quarterly. Regular, adequate cleanings promote sanitary and hygienic conditions. They also remove lime and scale build up, which will cause parts to fail more quickly and reduce the service life of the machine. Ice Machines that are not properly cleaned and maintained will be void of all warranty claims. Metro technicians are well trained and follow an exacting procedure using separate cleaning products for the descaling and disinfection of the machine. Following the cleaning service, documentation will be provided to demonstrate warranty compliance.
