DEP Annual Tune-Up & Efficiency Test
In an effort to ensure NYC boilers are running as efficiently as possible, and to reduce the carbon footprint of the City, the DEP requires an Annual Tune-Up and Efficiency Test on all burners of a certain size. Records of this annual task must be kept and presented during your Triennial Inspection. Metro Group’s skilled union burner mechanics can easily complete the required tune-up, and maximize the efficiency of your burner. In addition, if there are limiting factors effecting the efficiency of your burner our Mechanics can recommend repairs to improve efficiency and reduce your fuel costs and carbon footprint.

We actively monitor City and State databases to identify current violations, and expiration dates of your equipment. Our field staff is proficient in any and all inspections, boiler room code, and has the ability to clear violations on your building.
