Although not part of a DOH Inspection on your cooling tower, NYC law mandates that certain documents be uploaded to the NYC Cooling Tower Portal at specific intervals. This sounds like a simple concept, but is more complex in practice. For that reason, the Metro Group has designed systems and procedures to ensure our customers NYC Cooling Tower portal is updated as required. In addition, this service includes uploading the annual certification to the DOB site, ensuring you will not receive the $2,500 annual fine for failing to do so.
