Smoke Tests
When completing a boiler/burner replacement or fuel conversion, often times a smoke test is required to obtain proper permits and sign-offs prior to officially registering with the NYC DOB. The Metro Group can complete the pressurized smoke test and provide the required affidavit. Should any deficiencies or leaks be found, we can be counted on to coordinate any and all necessary repairs.
