Customers can chat real-time with their dedicated Account Manager, access their contract information, view and pay invoices and review their Metro Group service history. In NYC specifically, the Customer Portal allows you to view and manage City and Sate violations, view and manage capitol equipment registrations and inspections, and easily request help in keeping their buildings compliance with all Local Laws. Discounted On-Line Bill Pay
Metro Group’s Customer Portal also allows our clients the ease of paying bills on line, via credit card or e-check. Discounts are available, for paying bills within 10 days, and additional discounts are offered for using e-checks. Have a question about an invoice? Easy, click the “Inquire” button and chat with your Account Manager via the Portal.
