Metro Group Customer Portal and App
Metro Group has been the trusted source for building solutions since 1925 and has strived to constantly add value to our clients and to make their lives easier. Metro Group’s Customer Portal, available on a desktop version and via an App on your phone to all of our contract customers does just that. Customers can chat real-time with their dedicated Account Manager, access their contract information, view and pay invoices and review their Metro Group service history. In NYC specifically, the Customer Portal allows you to view and manage City and Sate violations, view and manage capitol equipment registrations and inspections, and easily request help in keeping their buildings compliance with all Local Laws. Violations Notification & Management
For NYC customers, the Violations portion of the Customer Portal is a major time and headache saver. When logged in, customers will see any and all current violations that have been issued by NYC or NYS for that specific building. In addition, if and when a new violation is issued the Portal will automatically notify you. Metro Group is fully capable to assist in clearing those violations.
